André Autrand

André joined Edmond de Rothschild Group in Geneva early 2003. He started his career in Banque Paribas and the French Ministry of Economy and Finance before switching to the European Commission as an advisor to the Commissioner in charge of tax harmonization.  André is now CEO of La Compagnie Financière des Infrastructures (LCFI), based in Geneva, which is since 2015 in charge of landmark project finance advisory missions and member of the board of AIM Luxemburg. André is an alumnus of HEC Paris, of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) and of the Goethe Institut. He speaks fluently French, English and German and has a good working knowledge in Dutch and Russian.

Nadia Popova

Nadia began her career with Absolute Return Investment Services as a Middle Office Manager. In 2004, she became an Analyst and later Asset Manager for the firm’s managed accounts, where she co-managed one of its main international equity funds. Nadia has an extensive experience in the field green infrastructure assets, having analysed, structured and invested in more than 400 MW of renewable energy projects with a total value of more than EUR 700 million. Nadia speaks fluent French, English and Bulgarian, and has a working knowledge of Russian and German.

Georges-Emmanuel Rosmade

Georges-Emmanuel Rosmade began his career with Societe Generale Investment Bank in Zurich. He later went on to become the Head of Investor Relations at Sal.Oppenheim in Paris. He has also spent two years with Sciences Po in Paris as academic director of the master of finance. More recently, Georges-Emmanuel was Senior Private banker for CBP/Quilvest in Luxembourg and is currently Senior Vice President of Banque de Patrimoines Privés in Luxembourg, where he resides. Georges-Emmanuel holds a master of finance from ESCP Europe Business School and speaks fluent French, English and German.

Stéphane Boudon

Stéphane has extensive international experience in private equity, both entrepreneurially and from the fund manager’s perspective. He has served as the CEO of two major technology companies before entering the investment world. Stéphane was the Head of Venture Capital and President of Innovation at France’s largest financial institution, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, where he played a major role in raising its AUM to EUR 500 million. Stéphane is now CEO of AIM Luxembourg, manages or advises a total of 5 Funds for Europe, and has realized about 30 investments in the last 5 years for a total Capex value approaching EUR 1 Bn. Stéphane is fluent in French, English, German, Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Russian.

Florian Sebe

Florian began his career as an Equity Analyst and accumulated significant experience in financial modeling and forecasting stock prices. Before joining AIM, he worked for a large German renewable energy producer between 2010 and 2012. Florian is specialized in the analysis of wind, photovoltaic and biogas projects, both in Western Europe and emerging EU renewable energy markets.

 

Florian holds an MBA from the Berlin School of Economics and Law and a MSc in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest. He is fluent in English, French, Romanian and German.

Simona Mocellin

Before joining the company, Simona worked for an Italian Private Equity Fund in Milan and an M&A boutique based in London, gaining experience in financial analysis, modelling and valuation techniques. Simona holds a Master’s degree in European Business from ESCP Europe, as well as a MSc in Economics and Management from the University of Turin. She is fluent in written and spoken English and Italian, and has working knowledge of French.

Roger Jenkins

Since 1995, Roger Jenkins has been Managing Partner at GTI Capital, a Canadian private venture capital fund dedicated to the financing of seed and start-up technology-based companies. Roger has over 20 years of experience in technology-based companies (Bell Canada, Nortel and ABL) in areas such as Management, Operations, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Additionally, he has invested in, and provided IPO/M&A expertise for, more than 60 technology companies worldwide. Roger, is fluent in French and English and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Sherbrooke University, as well as an M.B.A. from HEC Montreal.
