Yves Tambour has more than 20 years of expertise in the financial services industry, focusing in particular on investment funds.
In 1994, Yves created Consultment, a consultancy firm offering strategic advisory, business development and management consulting, inter alia, to the asset management industry. From 1996 to 2012, Yves developed fund hubs, information services and regulatory filing services for the fund industry.
In 2011, Tambour realised that UCITS IV was going to open up new opportunities for the cross-border distribution of investment funds, but that industry players needed detailed knowledge of each market in which funds are distributed.
Yves founded FundGlobam in 2012 to help asset managers and service providers to master the challenges and risks of cross-border fund distribution.
Yann Power has more than 12 years of expertise in the financial services industry, focusing in particular on investment funds.

In 2004, Yann joined Luxembourg’s financial services knowledge management department at Ernst & Young. He became Associate Director responsible for financial services research & development at EY, Luxembourg.

Yann joined FundGlobam in 2014. As General Manager, Head of Market Insight, Yann is responsible for the development of FundGlobam’s cross-border distribution of investment funds knowledge and expertise. Yann also advises clients on cross-border fund distribution matters and delivers fund distribution compliance and risk management services.

Pierre-Thibault Aveline de Rossignol has more than 10 years of expertise in the financial services industry, focusing in particular on investment funds.
Pierre-Thibault spent two years at the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) where he focused on defining the European fund industry’s position on key regulatory topics relevant to fund distribution such as the update to the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (the MiFID II package) and the Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance-based Products Regulation (PRIIPs).
Pierre-Thibault has also held advisory and regulatory roles for two Big 4 firms in Luxembourg as well as compliance roles in the fund industry.
Pierre-Thibault develops and maintains FundGlobam’s market and regulatory knowledge on cross-border fund distribution, inter alia, tracking regulatory, technical and market developments, developing and maintaining FundGlobam regulatory and market intelligence and supporting the delivery of FundGlobam fund distribution products and services.
