Driven by the desire to improve women’s professional wellbeing, Viviana is setting up a digital coaching platform dedicated to women who want to progress and thrive. 

 A communication expert with over 20 years’ experience, Viviana has lived and worked in Italy, Germany and Belgium. She is currently based in Luxembourg.

What motivated you to set up Viviana’s Coach?

Women have similar frustrations and encounter similar challenges at work whatever the context: from career halts to gender stereotypes, from lack of work-life balance to feeling uncomfortable in expressing their views.

I am convinced that women have the capacity not only to overcome these challenges but also to develop a professional life that they own if only they are given the tools to do so.
